About the role:

Location: Remote, 70% Travel

Reports To: CEO

We are looking for a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the Distribution & Fulfillment material handling industry. The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to penetrate the D&F market, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth in this sector. Additionally, the VP will oversee the continued growth of our existing Parcel industry relationships and mentor a sales development team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in designing and implementing systems, processes, and performance frameworks that drive measurable growth. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate business goals into actionable sales strategies.

What you'll do:

• D&F Market Expansion: Lead efforts to break into and expand our presence in the D&F industry.
• Process & Systems Development: Bring deep expertise in designing and implementing systems, processes, and performance frameworks that drive measurable growth.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure new clients within the D&F space, leveraging industry connections and expertise.
• Team Building: Build and mentor a high-performing sales development team to support both D&F and Parcel shipping sectors.
• Revenue Growth: Drive top-line sales growth in both the new D&F market and our established Parcel segment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (7+ years)  in sales leadership roles within the Distribution & Fulfillment material handling industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and building client relationships.
• Ability to travel up to 70%
• Familiarity with both Parcel shipping and D&F industry dynamics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
