Job Description 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting and onboarding processes. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and new hires. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interview scheduling, onboarding compliance, first-day coordination, and light receptionist duties. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure timely updates throughout the interview process. 
  • Support onboarding compliance by collecting and verifying new hire documentation. 
  • Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate first-day logistics for new hires. 
  • Greet visitors and candidates at the front desk and provide a welcoming experience. 
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and manage general inquiries. 
  • Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to ensure a seamless hiring process. 
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 
  • 1+ years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting support, or administrative roles. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS platforms. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 
  • Customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
