Aviation Structures Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aviation Structures Technician to join our growing maintenance and modifications team. In this role, you’ll perform structural repairs, alterations, and fabrications on a variety of aircraft platforms while working closely with experienced technicians, engineering, and quality teams. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where precision, safety, and workmanship are top priorities.


Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a hands‑on, detail‑driven structures professional who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work. The ideal candidate is comfortable interpreting technical data, solving structural challenges, and maintaining compliance with FAA regulations, engineering specifications, and company procedures.


  • Perform structural repairs, modifications, and fabrications on aircraft components and airframes
  • Repair or install skins, frames, ribs, stringers, bulkheads, doublers, and composite components
  • Read and interpret SRMs, engineering drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals
  • Lay out, drill, countersink, rivet, and assemble structural components using correct tooling and techniques
  • Use sheet‑metal tools, precision measuring equipment, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance
  • Accurately document work performed according to company and FAA requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and other maintenance personnel to resolve technical issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment

You Must Have

  • 2–5 years of aircraft structural repair or sheet‑metal experience
  • Strong proficiency with aircraft structural repair practices, tooling, and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret SRMs, drawings, and technical documentation
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capability to lift and handle materials and equipment safely
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to participate in a Drug‑Free Workplace
  • Must be able to pass an assessment practical test
