At Affinity Consulting, we’re hiring a client-facing Solution Specialist to support law firms using Tabs3 and other legal billing platforms within our Optimize program. You’ll be the glue between real-time client issues and long-term strategy. You’ll train users, configure systems, and dig into workflows to figure out what’s working and what’s not. You’ll build smarter processes, support adoption, and align every interaction with the firm’s broader goals. When clients hit roadblocks, you’ll be their first call. Not to put out fires, but to find better ways forward. This is a role for someone who thrives in the space between “What’s broken right now?” and “How can we make this better long-term?”
As a Solution Specialist, you’ll serve as a frontline consultant for Affinity’s mid-market Optimize clients. You’ll support Tabs3 and related billing/accounting systems, advise on best practices, and implement solutions that align with each client’s roadmap. You’ll also play a key role in our Strategic Support model by resolving challenges, identifying opportunities, and contributing insights that inform broader transformation efforts.
You’ll lead client training, document solutions, and coordinate with vendors and consultants to keep engagements productive and aligned with client success metrics.

You’ll start by learning our Optimize model, shadowing client calls, and getting up to speed on Affinity’s approach to Strategic Support. You’ll begin supporting Tabs3 clients directly, delivering real value from day one. You’ll also contribute to internal tools, training resources, and documentation as you help us scale success across the mid-market Optimize team.
We’re looking for someone who knows Tabs3 inside and out and has the communication skills to teach others how to use it effectively. You’re a strategic thinker with the ability to execute. You understand legal billing workflows, and you’re excited to use that knowledge to help law firms work smarter.

We’re 100% remote, so we expect you to have reliable internet, a professional workspace, and the ability to travel for client meetings, conferences and events, and team gatherings.
We work 8:30–5 ET, M–F, with flexibility and trust.

The pay range for this role is:
