You’ve worked inside, or closely with, law firms or legal departments. You’ve seen the chaos that happens when documents live everywhere and nowhere. And you’ve helped legal teams bring order to that chaos by implementing and supporting systems like NetDocuments or iManage—building better workflows, training users, and configuring the integrations that make it all work together.
You’re not just a builder or a talker, you’re both. You can design a smart configuration, explain it clearly to a client, and see it through to a clean, confident go-live. Whether you’re in a working session, a training call, or a roadmap discussion, you know how to connect what a firm needs with how their system needs to work. You also know how to translate business needs into system solutions and drive adoption without overwhelming your audience.
At Affinity Consulting, we’re hiring a Document Management Consultant to join our Enterprise Consulting Team and help legal organizations modernize how they manage documents. From end-to-end implementations to long-term support, you’ll play a key role in helping clients improve how they store, access, and use their information while ensuring they feel guided and empowered every step of the way.
This isn’t a back-office support role. It’s a hands-on, client-facing position for someone who knows how to execute with precision, communicate with clarity, and bring both strategic insight and deep platform expertise to every engagement.
This is a rare opportunity to:
You’ll be the person clients rely on to make their document system run smoothly, not just the tool itself, but how it works with everything else they use. You’ll help set up and fine-tune the system, connect it with other everyday tools, and guide clients through launch and adoption. You’ll balance both the technical setup and the human side of change, turning client needs into practical solutions, explaining things in clear, simple terms, and stepping in with support if something doesn’t go as planned. Whether leading a project or supporting long-term relationships, you’ll be the steady, clear, and reliable partner clients can count on.
As a Document Management Consultant, you’ll implement and support legal document management systems for law firms and legal departments. You’ll guide clients through discovery, design solutions, set up tailored solutions, train users, and coordinate with team members supporting data moves and system updates to deliver reliable, well-integrated solutions to clients. You’ll also manage client relationships through support engagements, roadmap planning, and enhancement projects, serving as a key point of contact for system improvements, user support, and long-term success. You’ll contribute to internal tools and best practices and collaborate closely with peers to improve how we deliver work across the team.
