As a Strategic Growth Advisor at Lawyerist, you’ll take your proven sales ability and put it at the center of a program that’s transforming an entire industry. You’ll help brilliant lawyers—people at the top of their game in the courtroom but struggling to run a profitable, sustainable business—finally build the firms they dreamed of when they started. 

And you won’t do it in the shadows. You’ll become a visible thought leader in the legal industry. We’ll amplify your voice and your brand, putting you on stages, in podcasts, and in front of an audience of thousands who need what you have to offer. 

What Makes This Role Different 

Most sales jobs end when the deal closes. This one begins there. 

As our Strategic Growth Advisor, you’ll enroll law firm owners into a proven transformation program, stay connected to their wins, and become a visible voice in the industry. You’ll combine consultative sales, strategic client growth, and thought leadership into one career-making role—backed by a pipeline of 10K+ warm leads, a product with decades of credibility, and a front-row seat to real business change. 

In this role, you’ll: 

  • Start with momentum — a steady flow of warm, qualified leads and a proven system that consistently delivers results. 
  • Stay connected — build relationships in our client community, know their wins and challenges, and use that insight to guide growth conversations. 
  • Build your platform — turn client success stories into authentic thought leadership that grows both your personal brand and the company’s reach. 

The Program You’ll Represent 

Our flagship program, Lab, isn’t “coaching” as most lawyers think of it. It’s a proven legal business operating system—AI-enabled and future-focused—that takes law firms from chaos to clarity, from owner burnout to sustainable, scalable success. 

We don’t sell hours. We sell transformation outcomes—and we have the client results to prove it. That means when you sell Lab, you’re offering a clear, tangible path from a lawyer’s current reality to the business they’ve always wanted to run. 

What You’ll Actually Do 

Drive revenue and scale impact 

  • Run high-impact discovery calls using our consultative Scorecard process. 
  • Enroll qualified prospects into the right Lab tier to match their goals. 
  • Lead upgrade and retention conversations with clients you know and trust. 

Stay connected to the community 

  • Show up to calls, events, and online discussions so you can speak authentically about client success stories. 
  • Use real client wins in your conversations and your content. 

Build your thought leadership platform 

  • Post regularly on LinkedIn to share transformation stories and insights. 
  • Represent Lawyerist at industry events, panels, and webinars. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven track record in consultative B2B sales. 
  • Confident closer who leads with curiosity and value, not pressure. 
  • Comfortable being visible—on camera, on stage, and online. 
  • Driven to help business owners succeed, not just hit numbers. 
  • Interested in business systems, process improvement, and AI (or eager to learn fast).

We’re 100% remote, so we expect you to have reliable internet, a professional workspace, and the ability to travel for client meetings, conferences and events, and team gatherings. 

We work 8:30–5 ET, M–F, with flexibility and trust. 

We’re hiring for a full-time, fully remote role. Base salary range: $70,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience.
This role includes performance-based commission and quarterly bonuses tied to new client enrollment, client progression, and visibility. While actual earnings will vary based on performance, total compensation has significant upside for the right candidate.
