Position Summary
The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing financial performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and partnering with leadership to improve efficiency and profitability. This is a highly visible role where your insights will help shape the company’s financial strategy and ensure long-term growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support manufacturing operations, inventory management, and capital investment decisions.
· Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly financial results, variance analyses, and profitability reports.

· Partner with operations and leadership teams to identify cost drivers, efficiency opportunities, and margin improvement strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.
- Support the annual budgeting process.
- Provide financial insight into pricing, product profitability, and customer trends.
- Support the finance team in preparing presentations and reports for lenders, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in enhancing financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls for a growing organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA/CFA a plus.
- 2-5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably with exposure to manufacturing or product-based businesses.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Excel; ERP/manufacturing cost accounting systems experience preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operations and connect financial results to business drivers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Comfortable working in a smaller company environment—hands-on, adaptable, and proactive.
