About the role
As AgelessRx's Clinical Support Specialist, you will act as an integral part of the Medical Team to offer ongoing clinical support to ensure patients receive optimal care and clinical efficiency. Each day, you will interact directly with patients across a variety of channels to address common questions, triage side effect reports, process PRNs and dosage changes, and review check-ins, to name a few—all with the goal of becoming a trusted partner to providers to help patients achieve positive, consistent outcomes. You will ensure inquiries and patient needs are addressed timely and thoroughly, ultimately reducing workloads for busy providers and reducing patient wait times. To that end, you will also participate in a variety of operational projects to improve the quality, efficiency, and profitability of clinical services.
What you'll do
Clinical Support
Screen and/or process patient check-in forms to ensure optimal outcomes, help to manage side effects, and more
Screen and/or process dosage change requests to ensure providers have all relevant information
Routinely monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and relevant provider performance metrics to identify trends, ideate opportunities for improvement, and remain committed to team efficiency and productivity
Work directly with the medical team to ensure quality of care standards are met or exceeded; adjust workflows accordingly
Qualifications
Previous and/or current experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Physician's Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse required
The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
