About the role

AgelessRx is looking for an experienced Marketing Analytics Lead to join the Data and Analytics team.  This role would be responsible for implementing measurement and attribution strategies, analyzing marketing campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations, and maintaining the ownership of event tracking.  This role will partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to drive customer growth, as well as maximize ROAS.


What you'll do

  • Deep understanding of tracking, pixel implementation, and datalayer events, including implementing Google and Meta Conversion APIs

  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests, promoting customer growth

  • Compile proactive analyses, identifying gaps and opportunities for KPI improvements (CAC, LTV, etc.)

  • Analyze data to develop essential dashboards, reports, and tools informing customer engagement and retention strategies

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Product to integrate marketing data with internal systems, enabling comprehensive customer journey analysis, including first and last touch attribution

  • Conduct quality checks and drive continuous improvement in data collection, integration, and accuracy to instill confidence in data integrity among teams

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of marketing analytics experience with an emphasis on implementing, understanding, and analyzing performance

  • Fluent in event and cookie tracking methodologies, and can work directly with engineers to validate and debug tracking issues

  • Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.), and Google Analytics 4

  • Proficient in full funnel measurement methods and cross-device attribution; econometric modeling or Media Mix Modeling (MMM) a plus

  • Experience monitoring and analyzing performance of paid acquisition platforms (Google, Facebook, X, YouTube) as well as non-paid acquisition (PR, organic, SEO).

  • Experience with server-side tracking solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Stape)

The pay range for this role is:

120,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
