About the role

AgelessRx’s Product Analyst will be an integral part of the D&A team vertical, with a particular focus on the Product Team by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and product performance.  The Product Analyst will identify potential areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to improve product performance, user experience, and overall business outcomes. In addition, the Product Analyst will perform data retrieval and statistical techniques to improve product performance, evaluate the potential impact of new features, and make data-driven recommendations for the product roadmap's development. 

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of product development lifecycle, and advocate for a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the organization. 


What you'll do
  • Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for our products, including user engagement, website retention, and conversion rates. 

  • Identify insights and opportunities for product improvement by analyzing product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends. 

  • Analyze product metrics using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to gain insights into performance drivers, identify areas for improvement, and communicate findings to the leadership team. 

  • Provide the product and engineering teams recommendations and insights on feature enhancements and new initiatives to contribute to product roadmap planning. 

  • Work with the development team to conduct usability tests and A/B tests to validate product changes and enhancements, evaluate user interactions, and identify opportunities for improving the overall user experience. 

  • Conduct competitive market analyses to determine the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer preferences. 

  • Attend all backlog meetings and sprints and serve as a liaison between D&A and the Product Team. 

What you'll bring
  • 3-5 years of experience translating data into meaningful insights  

  • Ability to analyze data effectively, including the creation and presentation of statistical analyses and data visualizations 

  • Expert proficiency in SQL, with 3+ years of experience in extracting, cleaning, and transforming complex datasets for analysis 

  • Leverage web analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA4) to understand user behavior and track website performance, as well as Tableau for impactful data visualization and reporting 

  • Proficiency in advanced analytics and statistics (Python, R, or similar) a plus 

  • Analyze user and product data with a proven track record of success  

The pay range for this role is:

85,000 - 95,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
