About the role 

AgelessRx’s QA Manager will monitor every stage of the development process to establish and communicate quality assurance strategies which aligned with the goals, mission, and vision of AgelessRx. Helping teams cultivate a quality mindset, and advocate for quality using best practices for testing, the QA Manager will conduct tests of software, websites, and other technical products to identify and resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues.  

 

The QA Manager will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure the product runs smoothly. They will coordinate testing activities and collaborate cross-functionally with the product and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.  

What you'll do

  • Define, refine, and champion AgelessRx’s quality practice across the product team 
  • Hold the product team accountable for quality assurance and checkpoints to ensure quality and timely delivery; Review and write acceptance criteria for tickets with product managers and software engineers 
  • Design and implement quality control processes and procedures, test plans, test cases, test scripts to evaluate functionality, performance and reliability in accordance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements 
  • Work cross functionally with the operations teams to establish quality criteria and ensure alignment with customer expectations, troubleshoot complex issues 
  • Provide guidance to product managers and implementation team on the software development life cycle 
  • Establish metrics for tracking and reporting on quality metrics, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor quality levels 
  • Evaluate and introduce constant improvements to the custom development process 
  • Define and maintain quality standards and guidelines across all phases of the product or service lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery 
  • Improve the processes, methodologies, and tools associated with quality assurance by implementing continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Maintain an understanding of industry best practices, evolving trends, and technological advancements in QA to identify areas of improvement, increase efficiency, and implement process improvements 
  • Manage and develop a high-quality team of QA engineers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary training and resources to keep their skills current

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in delivering high quality products and facilitating automation tests 
  • Experience in waterfall/hybrid/agile delivery experience required 
  • Knowledge of current quality, automation, and test coverage strategic concepts 
  • Extensive experience of the software development life cycle with a specific focus on requirements, design, and testing 
  • Ability to deal with multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Familiar with API and UI test platforms (i.e.: playwright) 

The pay range for this role is:

120,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
