About the role
The Principal Product Manager for Retention will play a crucial role in the Product Team's vertical by developing AgelessRx's product offerings, web experience, and future mobile experiences for both existing and potential patients. The Principal Product Manager for Retention will be responsible for owning, defining, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for retention and engagement in order to measure success in line with company growth objectives. Additionally, the Principal Product Manager for Retention will shape the long-term vision for the company's retention strategy and product roadmap.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in product management, with a strong focus on retention, and a proven track record of driving customer engagement through data-driven approaches.
What you'll do
- Develop a deeper understanding of AgelessRx's customers, including their needs, objections, and engagement patterns across cohorts, by leveraging research insights
- Develop a post-acquisition roadmap, prioritizing high-ROI experiences and KPIs to meet retention targets, and validate performance through experimentation
- Develop engagement and retention-enhancing post-acquisition services, experiences, and communications in partnership with applied science, medical, customer experience, and marketing.
- Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration.
- Design, execute, and analyze product experiments to validate product strategy, interaction hypotheses, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the applied science, customer experience, medical, marketing, data, engineering, and design teams to ensure cohesive growth efforts and consistent user experiences.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, rationale for product decisions and progress on product growth initiatives, and growth learnings to all relevant teams and leadership
- Assess the impact of product initiatives and track success metrics to ensure continuous optimization and improved outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading cross-functional product teams in evolving a brand's post-acquisition experiences and strategies. Experience in B2C or DTC companies is preferred but not required.
- Successfully developed and implemented product strategies aligned with overall business goals and key business metrics.
- A proven track record of achieving retention targets through the use of innovative experiences, new products, and marketing positioning.
- The ability to blend big-picture vision with deep-dive analysis and attention to detail, synthesizing key findings and applying effective planning and problem-solving techniques.
- Experimentation, hypothesis generation, and A/B testing skills with the ability to leverage user insights, data, and statistical analyses to support product optimization decisions.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, with demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and achieve consensus.
- Experienced in managing the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and discovery to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Track record of building and managing high-performing cross-functional product teams.
The pay range for this role is:
175,000 - 190,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
