About the role

AgelessRx's Principal Product Manager for Acquisition will play a pivotal role in the Product team vertical by defining and executing strategies that drive user growth and engagement. In collaboration with the marketing team, the Product Manager for Acquisition will design impactful go-to-market strategies and develop a new web experience that is centered around the user, leveraging research to shape the overall product strategy. In addition, you will lead a team focused on improving conversion rates and lead generation efforts in order to support the company's growth objectives. 

 

The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated success in product management with an emphasis on acquisition, develop product strategies that drive user growth, lead and manage a cross-functional team, and possess a growth mindset and willingness to experiment. 


What you'll do

  • Define and maintain your experimentation and development roadmap to achieve company growth targets.  
  • Define, evolve, and achieve key performance indicators to progress towards company goals.  
  • Design go-to-market plans and develop new web experiences in collaboration with the marketing team.  
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to gain deep insights into user engagement, motivations, and pain points, and use findings to shape and refine product strategy. 
  • Prioritize high-ROI features on the product roadmap, making informed trade-offs and evaluating their performance through agile experimentation. 
  • Manage the entire creative process, including ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iterative improvement for product features. 
  • Validate the product strategy, interaction hypothesis, and business opportunities by designing, executing, and analyzing product experiments. 
  • Work closely with marketing, data analysis, and engineering to ensure a cohesive growth strategy and consistent user experience. 
  • Communicate the product roadmap, the rationale behind product decisions, the progress on product growth initiatives, and the growth learnings to relevant teams and leadership. 
  • Assess the impact of product initiatives and track success metrics to ensure continuous optimization and improved outcomes. 


Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading cross-functional growth product teams in evolving a brand's acquisition experiences and strategies. Experience in B2C or DTC companies is preferred but not required.  
  • Proven success in developing and executing product strategies aligned with business goals, demonstrating strategic and logical thinking alongside effective planning and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Track record of achieving growth targets through innovative experiences and experimentation, viewing challenges as opportunities for improvement. 
  • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, managing and influencing through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building. 
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and product discovery to launch and ongoing optimization. 
  • Strong track record of building and managing high-performing cross-functional product teams, with an emphasis on ownership of project details. 
  • An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences, informed by user insights and data analysis. 

The pay range for this role is:

175,000 - 190,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
