What you'll do
Clinical Leadership and Compliance
Supervise all clinical operations to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
Maintain an understanding of healthcare regulations by working with the Compliance Manager to develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and protocols.
Assist in planning and establishing goals and policies for improving medical management, and implement measures to ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and high-quality care.
Evaluate and respond to inquiries from physicians, providers, and customers, consulting with practitioners as needed.
Clinical Operations and Team Management
Ensure that all aspects of clinical operations are carried out efficiently, including patient scheduling, provider coordination, and support services.
Develop and document clinical protocols, quality assurance plans, and operational standards.
Ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary skills to answer patient inquiries, support telehealth services, and facilitate communication between patients and providers.
Work cooperatively with the medical providers and administrative staff to address issues of common concern.
Training and Development
Promote a culture of continuous professional development, emphasizing evidence-based practices.
Oversee clinical staff training, recruitment and onboarding to ensure that they remain aligned with clinical protocols and develop and share educational materials and resources as needed.
Identify opportunities for professional development and departmental improvement by conducting annual evaluations of clinical operations and medical staff
Strategic Planning and Innovation
Enhance patient outcomes and operations by identifying and incorporating emerging healthcare trends, technologies, and best practices.
Participate in strategic planning with the leadership team, aligning clinical and operational goals with AgelessRx's mission.
Work with leadership to identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Work closely with the Applied Science team to lead research initiatives and to design and execute clinical trials according to the company's goals and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the facilitation and translation of clinical trial results into practical applications within telehealth services.
What you'll bring
Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid medical license.
Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine).
Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience, including leadership roles
Extensive knowledge of healthcare compliance, clinical operations, and regulatory standards.
Experience in working in the Telehealth or Digital Health Space
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage complex operations and lead a multidisciplinary team.
Experience/Working Knowledge of the Longevity Sciences Preferred
The pay range for this role is:
225,000 - 225,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
