About the role
As AgelessRx's Senior Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the Applied Science vertical by contributing to the design and execution of our research projects evaluating the effectiveness and feasibility of our telehealth solutions. As a Senior Research Associate, you will also collect, analyze, and interpret data from clinical trials, surveys, and participant feedback to continuously improve future projects and achieve the desired results. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on healthcare trends and implement research initiatives to ensure that AgelessRx meets the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll do
Contribute to the design and development of applied science studies, ensuring alignment with the objectives of the project and organizational goals
Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Uses standard statistical processing tools and approaches to analyze data from research studies
Generates clear summaries and presentations of findings for communication with experts and laypersons
Assist in manuscript preparation, including draft writing, figure generation, and review and evaluation of materials
Collaborate with applied science team to support study design, implementation, execution, and reporting
Coordinate between team members and other departments so that research projects can be completed smoothly
Provide regular updates and reports on projects to supervisors and key stakeholders, keeping project timelines and milestones on track and addressing any issues that may arise
Provide support to the Applied Science department in the presentation of findings to senior leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field with 5+ years experience, Master’s degree in a relevant field with 1-3 years experience, or PhD in a relevant field.
Demonstrated scientific writing skills (as evidenced by peer-reviewed articles or similar)
Ability to analyze and interpret data, including data visualizations and statistical analyses
Expertise in advanced analytics and/or statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, or SPSS
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
An understanding of clinical trial analysis and expertise in statistical analysis for biology.
A passion for diving into health span and lifespan topics and supporting the longevity field's advancement
Start-up mindset - comfortable leading first-of-its-kind projects and placing value on progress
The ability to take initiative and remain proactive in the quality control of projects, anticipate barriers, and implement mitigation strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 90,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
