About the Role


We’re seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator with 4 years of experience to own and optimize our marketing and sales tech stack. You’ll play a critical role in driving our GTM team’s efficiency, managing CRM processes, maintaining data hygiene, and implementing automations that accelerate revenue operations.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys translating business needs into scalable CRM workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary admin and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales).
  • Build, test, and manage workflows, sequences, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Ensure data integrity through deduplication, field standardization, and validation rules.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and CX teams to implement lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and campaign tracking.
  • Support onboarding of new team members with user access, training, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to develop automation rules and performance reports.
    Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Slack, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Zapier).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM administration, with 2+ years focused on HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, lists, reports, pipelines, custom properties, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing attribution, campaign analytics, and sales enablement workflows.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with GTM and tech teams.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales funnels and RevOps principles is a plus.
  • HubSpot certifications are a strong advantage (Admin, Marketing, Reporting, or RevOps).

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating HubSpot with tools like Salesforce, Snowflake, or customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Looker/Tableau for custom reporting.
  • Understanding of email deliverability, lead routing, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Experience with AWS Marketplace or AWS Partner Portal
