AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.

This position may be based in our Denver, CO office or remotely from one of the following states: DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MO, NC, NV, OH, OR, TX, UT, & VA.
We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to design scalable solutions that meet customer needs and align with our product capabilities. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and product success, working with a variety of technologies, including Salesforce, to deliver innovative solutions for the insurance industry.

What you’ll do:
- Solution Design: Develop and document technical solutions that align with our product capabilities and customer requirements, ensuring a seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Customer Collaboration: Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives, translating these into effective technical solutions using our product.
- Product Alignment: Work closely with product teams to ensure proposed solutions fit within the product’s framework and contribute to its ongoing improvement.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the insurance industry and your technical expertise to provide insights and recommendations that enhance our product’s value to customers.
- Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment of technical solutions, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and deliver expected outcomes. This includes both hands-on development and overseeing and supporting engineers on your project(s).
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, ensuring clarity and usability for both customers and internal teams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring project alignment.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience building solutions, using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required), Salesforce Platform Developer II or Application Architect (preferred).
- Proficiency in SOQL and SQL for querying Salesforce and external databases.
- Experience using integration middleware tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and how to design around them.
- Development Methodologies:
- Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, creating user stories, and maintaining backlogs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Git version control, and automated deployment tools for Salesforce.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Proven track record of successfully solving complex technical challenges, performing root cause analysis, and identifying and implementing effective solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver presentations to different audiences.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in insurtech, financial services, or other relevant industries.
- Familiarity with Einstein Analytics, Salesforce Communities, and other advanced Salesforce features.
- Experience with Testing Frameworks: Proficient in using Salesforce testing frameworks, including test classes and assertions, to ensure robust and scalable code.
- Skilled in designing and documenting technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage complexity and navigate ambiguity effectively.
- A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.

Salary:
In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.
Denver/Boulder Metro
$180k - $205k + Annual Bonus
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity program.
