Aggressive Hydraulics is a leading provider of hydraulic solutions, serving a diverse range of industries. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative products and exceptional service.

This position is on-site at Aggressive Hydraulics. Core business operation hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm.


Position Description:

·Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.


Primary Objectives:

·Interact with customers to identify their needs.

·Provide a first‐rate customer experience.


Responsibilities:

·Sales Account Management:

·Growth

·Profitability/Pricing/Cost

·Identify Requirements

·Identify and create value added services.

·Process and manage all orders.

·Work with all departments in the sales process (Sales, Engineering, Production Control, and Manufacturing)

·Ability to establish great rapport with customers.

·Management of sales inquiries.

·Provide timely and efficient assistance to customers in resolving problems including product returns and warranty.

·Stay up to date with product and industry knowledge.

·Assist in the improvement of departmental processes and efficiency.

·All other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

·Sales/Customer service experience in a related industry preferred.

·Technical, Fluid Power or Manufacturing experience/ knowledge preferred.

·Ability to read engineered design drawings a plus.

·Ability to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

·Strong listening and problem‐solving skills.

·Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word, and excel

·Strong math and analytical aptitude

·Good verbal and written communication skills

·Ability to multitask objectives and responsibilities, work within a team environment and provide technical support to department members.
