This role will be based in our St. Louis office, with a hybrid schedule available once onboarding is complete.

About the role

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced AR Supervisor to help drive financial accuracy and support our growing team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in overseeing day-to-day billing and AR operations while leading a small, dynamic team. This role reports directly to our Controller.

What You'll Do

• Lead our AR and cash application processes, ensuring timely and accurate posting of daily receipts
• Forecast incoming cash weekly to support cash flow planning
• Own and maintain AR aging reports across multiple business units, stepping in when needed to resolve outstanding issues
• Support and enforce internal controls to protect company assets
• Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot billing issues and ensure alignment on changes or collections efforts
• Maintain billing schedules and drive consistent execution for both recurring and variable invoicing
• Review and ensure the accuracy of departmental and business line coding for monthly reporting
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Solid background in financial systems, general accounting principles, and ERP platforms
• Strong Excel skills and comfort navigating multiple systems
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Extra credit for experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar tools
