About the role

Highnoon, a division of Agital is seeking a full-time Paid Media Strategist. In this role you will work cross functionally with the team to define needs, audiences, usage and behavior data in order to determine what types of advertising will best suit our goals and objectives for the given project and/or Client needs.  You’ll uncover insights and define strategies to help launch campaigns and other messaging solutions through digital and traditional platforms. You’ll also work closely with other Media team members who lead day-to-day campaign management to ensure the desired performance is achieved.

*Please note this is a hybrid role with in-office days on Tuesday & Thursday

Core Reponsibilties

• Conduct internal and external audience, industry, and competitive market research to build media analyses, objectives and strategies
• Hands on keyboard experience in setting up campaigns in Google, Meta, YouTube and other digital channels
• Create and present media plans and proposals, including costs
• Align campaign strategies and goals, and set KPI targets with the Highnoon internal team
• Work cross functionally with team members to define the best messaging and creative approaches for Media campaigns that span across multiple platforms
• Analyze performance, develop hypotheses and work with the campaign managers to test recommendations, including platform tests, interest targeting, spend scaling, etc.
• Function as a subject matter expert (SME) of paid marketing platforms and techniques, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and develop new techniques, and/or platforms and channels to leverage in order to meet brand goals
• Involvement in Media department discussions and meetings along with work cross-functionally amid various team members.
• Keep leadership informed of daily and weekly activity
• Proactively share best practices and enhance intra-team communication

• 3-4 years of relevant marketing or advertising experience in Media
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Any Agency experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office360 suite of tools
• General broad knowledge of marketing, media and advertising is a must
• Familiarity with any Media related tools or project management platforms is a plus
• Must be comfortable in spreadsheets and doing analysis
• Proactive learner with strong ownership skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Approaches work with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize your efforts as needed
