Creator Community Intern

Go Fish Digital is seeking a fall intern to help us build and grow our new Creator Community — a dynamic network of content creators, TikTok Shop affiliates, and UGC talent. 


We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about creator culture, brand partnerships, and the future of social commerce. You’ll help us create a thriving Discord or Slack community where creators get early access to TikTok Shop affiliate opportunities, paid Meta ad collaborations, and UGC projects for major brands across TikTok and Instagram.

What You’ll Do 


Build & grow the community: Help launch and manage our Creator Community on Discord or Slack — welcoming new creators, sparking conversations, and keeping engagement high. 

Coordinate creator campaigns: Match creators with TikTok Shop affiliate offers and paid Meta ad opportunities. 

Curate & share opportunities: Post weekly UGC briefs and partnership announcements in the community. 

Source & vet new creators: Research promising creators, evaluate their content quality, and invite them to join the Go Fish Creator Community. 

Support campaign reporting: Track creator submissions, performance metrics, and success stories to highlight wins and optimize future activations. 

Contribute creative ideas: Brainstorm with our team on how brands can best collaborate with creators through UGC, affiliates, and live shopping. 


Who You Are 


● A self-starter who thrives in digital communities and loves connecting with people. 

● Passionate about TikTok, Instagram, and creator marketing. 

● Curious about social commerce and how creators drive sales through affiliate programs and UGC. 

● Organized and proactive — you can handle multiple creator conversations, campaigns, and community threads at once. 

● Comfortable communicating in Discord or Slack, and know how to build hype around new drops or brand collabs. 

● Excited to work in a fast-moving, creative environment where no two days are alike. 


Requirements 


● Junior or senior at a four-year university (Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred). 

● Active on TikTok or Instagram (bonus if you’ve collaborated with brands before). 

● Strong writing and communication skills. 

● Enthusiastic about creator marketing and social media trends. 

● Willing to experiment, share ideas, and learn fast. 


Bonus Points 


● Experience managing or participating in online communities (Discord, Slack). 

● Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, or affiliate marketing. 

● You’ve created or edited UGC for a brand. 

● You maintain your own online portfolio or creator handle. 

● Basic data or campaign tracking experience (Google Sheets, Monday, or Airtable). 


Hours, Location, & Pay 


● This internship begins ASAP and is based out of our Raleigh, NC office (150 Fayetteville St.). 

● Interns will be paid hourly at a competitive rate based on experience. 

● Remote candidates may also be considered if they are highly engaged online and can participate actively in the community.
