About the Role

We are looking for a Associate AI Product Manager to support the development and scaling of our AI Engine. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and go-to-market teams, and plays a key part in ensuring smooth product operations, data-driven decision-making, and strong customer alignment.

Core Qualifications & Must-Have Experience

Education & Experience

l Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines).

l 1–3 years of experience in product, operations, or project-related roles.

l Exposure to Agile product development or project management is expected.

Product & Customer Focus

l Solid understanding of the product lifecycle and how to collect and manage customer requirements.

l Experience using tools such as Jira, roadmaps, or similar product management systems.

l Familiarity with version and release management processes.

Data-Driven & Analytical Mindset

l Comfortable working with data to track, interpret, and visualize key metrics.

l Proficiency with basic data tools such as Excel, SQL, or analytics dashboards.

Technical Aptitude

l Basic understanding of software and technical concepts, including APIs, cloud services, and AI/ML.

l Able to communicate effectively with engineering teams and quickly learn new tools or technologies.

Product Sense & Curiosity

l Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.

l Ability to learn technical domains quickly and ask thoughtful, insightful questions.

Project & Process Skills

l Strong organizational and time-management skills.

l Hands-on experience with basic project management activities, such as sprint planning and deliverable tracking.

Communication & Collaboration

l Empathetic and clear communicator, able to work closely with customers and cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

 

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Experience

l Cloud & Tech Stack: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or SaaS deployments; experience with CI/CD or DevOps tools is a plus.

l AI/ML Exposure: Any hands-on experience with AI or ML projects (professional or personal). Understanding of AI/ML model lifecycles, APIs, or LLM-powered features is beneficial.

l B2B / SaaS Background: Experience with enterprise or B2B products such as SaaS platforms, APIs, or developer tools. Exposure to serving business customers or multiple international markets is a plus.

l Product Ops & Analytics Tools: Experience with product analytics, experimentation (A/B testing), or customer tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce). Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or ProductBoard is advantageous.

l International Exposure: Comfortable working in multicultural environments or supporting overseas markets.

l Certifications: CSPO / PSPO, cloud fundamentals (AWS/GCP), or non-degree courses in data analysis or AI are a plus.

Technical & Business Skill Set

l Data & Analytics: Ability to define and track product metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, churn, conversion), generate reports, and extract insights.

l Problem Solving: Structured, analytical approach to identifying product issues and improving processes. Comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems into actionable steps.

l Project & Process Management: Capable of managing initiatives end-to-end, coordinating across teams, and prioritizing work using tools such as Kanban boards or roadmaps. Strong attention to detail is essential.

l Technical Literacy: High-level understanding of APIs, cloud computing concepts, and system architecture. Able to discuss technical trade-offs with engineering partners.

l Business & Monetization Awareness: Basic understanding of revenue models, pricing, ROI, and cost considerations. Ability to support KPI-driven decision-making.

l Customer & Market Insight: Experience translating customer feedback and market insights into clear product requirements. Strong customer-centric mindset.

 

English Language Requirements

l Professional Working Proficiency: Ability to participate confidently in day-to-day business and technical discussions in English.

l Clear Communication: Able to write clear updates and reports, follow detailed technical explanations, and actively contribute in meetings.

l English proficiency will be assessed throughout the interview process (spoken and written).
