We’re looking for a Product Manager, AI who’s passionate about building what’s next in real-time engagement. You’ll live at the intersection of AI, live streaming, and global communication — driving the vision, roadmap, and execution for Agora’s generative and conversational AI products.

You’ll be the kind of person who thrives on turning complex technical challenges into elegant, scalable solutions that customers love. You’ll translate voice-of-the-customer insights into real impact, partner tightly with engineering and design, and move fast to validate, launch, and scale new ideas.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who sweats the details, obsesses over product-market fit, and gets energized by ambiguity and speed. You’ll have the freedom to build, experiment, and push the limits of what real-time AI can do — in a company that’s redefining how people connect everywhere, every second.


What you'll do

  •  Support the Product team with vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agora’s AI products and solutions, with a focus on generative and conversational AI solutions.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research in Agora’s target markets globally and translate that information into key insights which inform our roadmap
  • Gather, manage, define and prioritize product requirements 
  • Act as the customer advocate, understanding the voice of the customer, and articulating and representing customer needs 
  • Highlight growth opportunities and recommended areas for investment, with a strong supporting business case 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product delivery and manage the product lifecycle 
  • Assist with defining a Go-to-Market strategy for key products and partner with Product Marketing, Marketing, and Sales on GTM plans and execution 
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on Agora’s products and technology, with in-depth focus on our AI solutions 
  • Act as an evangelist for Agora’s products and solutions with customers, partners, and industry influencers
  • Drive discovery process for new use case validation and customer adoption of AI products
  • Help establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform continuous improvement
  • Ensure that AI products adhere to ethical guidelines, focusing on fairness, transparency and user privacy


Qualifications

  • 3 + years of combined experience as a Product Manager, building and delivering successful SaaS or PaaS products.
  • 1.5+ years of experience in leading products supporting live streaming and B2B video
  • 1.5+ years of experience leading product management for successful AI products
  • 2+ years of experience as a software developer working on AI based applications using Python and Golang.
  • Deep technical proficiency and understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), voice, video, speech-to-text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS)
  • Must possess strong technical and business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes, without having formal authority 
  • Assist with defining, delivering, and driving market leading products throughout the product lifecycle
  • Experience in defining key performance metrics which drive business intelligence and enable informed decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and AI regulations to ensure compliance in product development
  • Experience working in a startup environment (strongly preferred)
  • Bi-lingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Must be able to work in-person in our Santa Clara, CA office

    US Salary Details:
    Estimated salary range for this role is $145,000 - $180,000.

Salary may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

This role is eligible for equity program. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
