Who are we?
Join us at the forefront of innovation in the AI sector. Our mission is to accelerate the future of work. We're not merely envisioning the future; we're actively constructing it. Our work is inspired by Ford's assembly line and Ohno's production system.
We are a well-funded Silicon Valley based Series A startup backed by top-tier VCs.
Our founding team boasts a remarkable track record in AI and startup ecosystem, with each member having previously steered AI startups to unicorn status. As we write this new chapter in AI, we invite you to be part of this exciting journey. Be a part of an exceptional team that's not just watching the future unfold but actively making a huge impact in a short amount of time.
We are growing our engineering team centered around Berlin. This is a great opportunity to work in a European tech hub with global impact.
What you will do
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to turn product ideas into robust, scalable systems — spanning backend services, data pipelines, and ML/LLM integrations.
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack components — from APIs and microservices to model-serving and data infrastructure.
- Work on AI-powered features, connecting ML/LLM models with production environments and optimizing inference performance.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines that support both real-time and offline workloads.
- Partner with ML and infrastructure teams to ensure models and systems are scalable, reliable, and observable.
- Improve developer productivity through automation, tooling, and better engineering workflows.
- Stay curious and contribute to both the software and ML layers of our stack, driving innovation across the boundary between backend systems and AI.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with strong backend or full-stack focus.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar languages; solid understanding of software architecture and system design.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with data systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or similar distributed systems).
- Some background or strong interest in ML/LLM/NLP — experience in deploying or integrating models into production systems is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset, ability to work cross-functionally, and passion for building high-quality, scalable systems.
