Growth Marketer

About AidKit

AidKit’s cutting-edge technology transforms complex cash assistance programs into streamlined, secure, and dignified experiences. By seamlessly connecting applicants to vital resources, we're making aid radically accessible for diverse populations—including unhoused and unbanked. From simplifying complex benefits modernization projects for state agencies to standing up efficient disaster relief programs, AidKit helps it’s partners deliver aid with dignity.

We were our own first customer—AidKit started as a nonprofit initiative born from the need to support systematically excluded workers during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, AidKit provides the technology backbone for some of the nation's most innovative public safety net programs, having distributed hundreds of millions of dollars to people in need.

As we continue to grow rapidly, the opportunity for impact is immense. Apply to join our team if you're seeking meaningful work in an environment that trusts your judgment and values your unique contributions.

About the Role

What if your growth marketing skills could help communities gain access to critical aid and benefits, rather than just drive corporate profits? At AidKit, growth means more than revenue - it’s about creating opportunities for people who need them most. If you’re seeking a role where your work directly impacts lives and helps rebuild trust in essential systems, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to design and execute campaigns that generate leads, convert interest into opportunities, and support our Sales team in reaching government and nonprofit buyers. You’ll partner closely with Sales to run field marketing, digital, and account-based efforts that drive qualified pipeline.

Some early systems are in place, but there’s plenty of room to shape and own the next phase of growth. You’ll start with clear goals, real autonomy, and the opportunity to define what works best for our unique sales motion and audiences.

We’re looking for someone who has experience marketing to government or public sector buyers and understands the nuances of long, complex buying cycles. You might also have broader B2B experience, but at least two years in govtech or a related field is a must.

You know how to launch and scale campaigns across the funnel, and you’re excited to apply that expertise in a builder role where creative execution drives results.

Given the scope and pace of our work, using AI tools to accelerate execution and insights is essential, not optional. Whether it's campaigns, analytics, or testing new ideas, we expect AI to be a natural part of your workflow.

What You’ll Do

Event, Webinar, and Conference Marketing

Own our events and webinars end to end — from planning and promotion through execution, lead capture, and post-event follow-up. These programs are a core driver of visibility and pipeline.

Campaign Strategy and Execution

Run targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn (organic and paid), and events. You’ll shape campaign strategies, execute creative, and report on performance to drive qualified leads.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Collaborate with Sales on tailored plays and outreach strategies for high-value accounts. Your work will help us engage the right buyers with the right message at the right time.

Email Marketing and Infrastructure

Manage email systems and strategy, including segmented nurtures, deliverability, and engagement. You’ll own performance across the funnel and ensure leads are progressing toward opportunities.

Funnel Analytics and Ops

Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and funnel metrics. Partner with Sales on lead routing, scoring, and attribution, and use data to improve conversion at each stage.

Paid Media Strategy

Develop our paid media program from the ground up. Set goals, test channels, and optimize for cost-effective lead generation across a mix of platforms.

About You

We’re looking for someone with the right skills, mindset, and passion for our mission. If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t meet every single bullet below, we still want to hear from you.
