About the Role
As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between Sales and Customer Success—ensuring each customer experiences a seamless, high-impact onboarding journey. You’ll guide clients through setup, training, and configuration, ensuring they understand the value of our software and feel confident using it. Your goal is simple: set every customer up for success
What You’ll Do
Customer Onboarding & Training
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, delivering a warm and professional onboarding experience.
- Create and execute tailored onboarding plans that align with customer goals.
- Conduct engaging one-on-one and group training sessions to teach product functionality and best practices.
- Assist customers with configuration and customization to meet their unique business needs.
Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide responsive support and guidance during onboarding.
- Troubleshoot technical or process issues, escalating to internal teams when necessary.
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Develop and maintain onboarding guides, help articles, and training resources.
- Ensure all documentation stays current with product enhancements.
- Collect feedback and share insights with product and success teams to continually improve the customer experience.
Customer Engagement & Growth
- Monitor onboarding progress and ensure customers are realizing value quickly.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion or additional service adoption
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems and onboarding tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage 45–50 concurrent accounts.
- Passion for helping customers succeed in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success (SaaS experience preferred)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
