About the role

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer to bring Alaan’s digital presence to life—pixel by pixel, interaction by interaction.

You’ll be the engine behind our website, transforming stunning designs and content into fast, functional, and immersive experiences. From seamless animations to scalable CMS architecture, your work will define how the world sees and interacts with our brand online.

This isn’t just about clean code—it’s about creative execution. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and writers to push boundaries, experiment with Webflow’s capabilities, and create web experiences that are as beautiful as they are performant.

We’re looking for a visual thinker. A builder. A Webflow wizard who can turn ideas into interfaces -fast.

What you'll do

• Website Development: Build responsive, scalable, and SEO-friendly pages for our website on Webflow.
• Design Implementation: Translate Figma, or Adobe Illustrator designs into fully functional Webflow websites.
• Custom Interactions: Develop advanced animations, interactions, and effects in Webflow.
• CMS Management: Set up and manage dynamic content using Webflow CMS.
• Collaboration: Work with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality.
• Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and search engines.
• Testing & Debugging: Test across browsers and devices, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes as needed.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of Webflow projects.
• Proficiency in Webflow Designer, Webflow CMS, and Webflow hosting.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for web development.
• Knowledge of tools like semrush, ahrefs is a plus.
• Familiarity with integrations using Webflow’s API, Zapier, or third-party tools like default.com
