About the role

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous manual QA Analyst to join our agile team. If you have 1-2 years of manual testing experience, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and are excited about working in a dynamic startup environment, we want to hear from you! Automation experience is a plus.

What you'll do

  • Execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies
  • Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure resolved bugs do not reoccur
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions as part of our Agile process
  • Continuously learn and apply new QA methodologies and tools to improve testing efficiency

What we are looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in manual software testing
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports
  • Experience with bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Basic knowledge of automation testing tools and practices
  • ‍Familiarity with tools like Selenium or QTP is a plus
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
