About the role

We are looking for a strategic Data Analyst to act as a key analytical partner for our team. In this role, you will analyze company-wide data, create dashboards, and create insights to drive business decisions. Beyond standard reporting, you will generate hypotheses, conduct deep-dive research, and visualize findings to find the stories behind the numbers.Your primary mission will be to partner with our GTM (Go-To-Market) teams, empowering them to make data-informed decisions through clear, actionable insights.

What you'll do

  • Drive Decisions: Analyze company-wide data, create dashboards, and generate insights to guide critical business decisions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business units to understand data needs, provide actionable business recommendations
  • Hypothesis & Research: Proactively generate hypotheses regarding user behavior and product performance, conduct research to validate them
  • Data Storytelling: Dig into complex datasets to identify trends and translate them into clear, visual narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Data Excellence: Optimize data workflows, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure the integrity of our data environments.

What we are looking for

  • Experience: 2–4 years of work experience as a Data Analyst / Product Analyst, specifically within the Fintech, Finance, Payments, or Banking domain
  • Analytical Mindset: You excel at analyzing data, identifying root causes, and drawing actionable insights through a structured problem-solving approach
  • Technical Skills:
    • Skilled in SQL and relational databases
    • Proficient in data visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI or any other)
    • Knowledgeable in Python (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, etc.) for deeper data analysis
  • Communication: You clearly convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaboration: You collaborate well with diverse teams and contribute positively to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
