About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Analyst to join our Growth/GTM Systems team. This is a hands-on, technical-leaning role for someone who loves solving operational problems, building scalable workflows, and making GTM systems run smoothly through automation and structured processes.

You’ll work across our full GTM stack — CRM, enrichment platforms, outbound tools, BI dashboards, internal automations — ensuring data, flows, and systems remain reliable and efficient as we scale.

If you’re analytical, process-driven, and excited about building the backbone of a modern GTM organization, this role is for you.

What you'll do

1. Systems & Automation

  • Build and maintain automated workflows across tools like Cargo, Apollo, Clay, Zapier/Make, LinkedIn, and internal systems
  • Improve GTM efficiency by identifying manual processes and automating them
  • Set up and monitor data syncs, enrichment flows, routing rules, and trigger-based workflows

2. Data & Infrastructure

  • Manage, clean, enrich, and maintain CRM and GTM data models
  • Ensure data accuracy across the funnel — from lead capture to opportunity creation

3. GTM Tooling

  • Configure, test, and optimize new tools in the GTM stack
  • Troubleshoot system issues, API errors, and workflow failures
  • Evaluate and implement new integrations to support GTM experiments

4. Operational Support

  • Partner with growth, sales, and marketing teams to support campaign setup from a systems standpoint
  • Ensure tracking, tagging, and routing rules are aligned with GTM priorities
  • Document processes, SOPs, and system architecture

5. Insights & Improvements

  • Analyze funnel patterns and system inefficiencies to suggest improvements
  • Run data-driven checks to ensure workflows are running as expected

Proactively surface issues in lead flow, routing, or data anomalies

What we are looking for

We don’t expect prior GTM engineering experience — what matters most is analytical thinking, resourcefulness, and comfort with technical systems.

You’re a Good Fit If You Are:

  • Curious and technical-minded: You enjoy understanding how systems fit together and how data flows between tools.
  • Structured and detail-oriented: Clean data, consistent tagging, and well-documented processes matter to you.
  • Comfortable with tooling: You like experimenting with automations, APIs, or integrations and aren’t intimidated by complex dashboards.
  • Process-driven: You think in systems, steps, and logic.
  • Analytical: You’re confident with data and enjoy solving operational puzzles.
  • Self-driven: You can investigate issues, find root causes, and move things forward without hand-holding.
  • Clear communicator: You can write crisp internal updates and flag issues early.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Workato)
  • Experience using enrichment or GTM tools (Clay, Apollo, Apollo Triggers)
  • Comfort with SQL, APIs, or lightweight scripting (big plus, but not required)

Personality Traits That Go a Long Way

  • You take ownership — you don’t just fix issues; you ensure systems keep working long after.
  • You’re an executor — fast, focused, and dependable.
  • You’re hungry to learn and naturally dive into understanding how tools and workflows connect.
  • You stay calm and curious when things break, and you solve problems methodically.
  • You have a bias for action — test, iterate, optimize.
  • You value clarity — you communicate updates and blockers proactively.
  • You enjoy being part of a fast-paced, ambitious team.
  • You’re collaborative, helping GTM teams operate smarter through better systems.

What's in it for you

  • Contribute to building the Middle East’s most beloved fintech brand from the ground up
  • Benefit from a role with significant ownership and accountability
  • Thrive in a flexible hybrid culture with ample work-life balance
  • Participate in exciting offsite events
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Enjoy additional perks like travel allowances, gym memberships, and more
