About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Analyst to join our Growth team at Alaan. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, getting into the details, and making systems work efficiently.

You’ll primarily be responsible for executing the outbound side of growth – managing leads, setting up and monitoring campaigns, handling inbound replies, and ensuring our GTM systems run smoothly.

You’ll also support the broader Growth team with research, data management, and day-to-day operations as we experiment and scale.

It’s a role that blends analytical thinking with structured execution. If you’re curious, process-driven, and excited about learning how high-performing growth teams operate, this is a great place to start.

What you'll do

  • Research and categorize leads using tools like Clay and Outreach tools
  • Manage and update lead data on Google Sheets and internal dashboards
  • Execute outbound campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and email
  • Handle first-line replies from prospects (thank-yous, objections, competitor mentions, referrals, etc.)
  • Ensure all automated campaigns are running on time and aligned with ongoing GTM priorities
  • Support the Growth team with data cleanup, enrichment, and campaign setup
  • Troubleshoot campaign errors and coordinate fixes across tools
  • Spot patterns and inefficiencies, and suggest small process improvements

What we are looking for

We’re not expecting you to have a lot of prior growth or GTM experience, what matters most is how you think, learn, and take ownership.

  • Curious learner: You naturally ask why things work the way they do and enjoy figuring them out.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: You’re comfortable managing sheets, tagging data, and keeping systems clean.
  • Strong communicator: You can write short, conversational messages that sound human, not robotic.
  • Process thinker: You like structure, checklists, and figuring out the best way to get something done.
  • Data-comfortable: You can use Google Sheets confidently and aren’t intimidated by tools or dashboards
  • Resourceful executor: You find ways to move forward even when everything isn’t perfectly clear.
  • Ownership mindset: You treat every task – big or small – as something you’re responsible for seeing through well.

Experience with tools like Clay, Apollo or CRMs is a big plus.

What's in it for you

  • Contribute to building the Middle East’s most beloved fintech brand from the ground up
  • Benefit from a role with significant ownership and accountability
  • Thrive in a flexible hybrid culture with ample work-life balance
  • Participate in exciting offsite events
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Enjoy additional perks like travel allowances, gym memberships, and more
