About the role

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of marketing, while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive growth and brand visibility.

What you'll do

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
  • Support the creation of marketing materials including presentations, social content, newsletters, and event collateral.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for the marketing team.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategy.
  • Help manage brand presence at events, conferences, and community activations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, HR) to support cross-functional marketing needs

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role (internships and graduate trainee programs count).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about learning and developing a career in marketing.
