About the role

We’re now looking for a Product Designer who’s excited to design intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences across our fast-evolving fintech platform. You’ll be part of a lean, high-ownership team in Bangalore, and you’ll work directly with cross-functional teammates to ship work that has real-world impact.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end product design - From initial discovery and research through to high-fidelity mockups, you’ll design seamless, elegant flows that address real user needs.
• Be deeply customer-obsessed - Speak with users, dive into pain points, and turn insights into actionable, value-driven solutions.
• Craft pixel-perfect UIs - Build scalable, beautiful interfaces using Figma—owning everything from tokens and components to systems and documentation.
• Think beyond the screen - Use journey mapping, ideation workshops, and data to influence product strategy—not just UI.
• Partner closely with engineering and product - Collaborate across functions to ensure smooth handoffs, reliable delivery, and continuous iteration.

What we are looking for

• 1+ years of hands-on product design experience (bonus if in startups, SaaS, or fintech).
• You have a solid grasp of user-centered design and know how to balance usability, beauty, and performance.
• You’re detail-obsessed with visual design and experienced in building design systems.
• You’re confident in Figma—design systems, auto-layout, prototyping, tokens, and beyond.
• You work well across functions, welcome feedback, and speak the language of product and engineering.
• You thrive in ambiguity and are always looking for better ways to deliver user value.
• You move fast, stay scrappy, and are excited to build with a high degree of ownership.
