Hours: Mon-Thursday 6AM to 5PM (4x10)

 

Position Summary:

 

Office manager to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties will include invoice creation, data entry, material ordering, and time approval across multiple sites. Work will require strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Up to three years of related professional work experience. General familiarity with data, voice and video technologies.

Essential Functions:

 

·       Strong skills in organization and vendor management

·       Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

·       Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

·       Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

·       Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

    • Documents data/information such as organizational unit or program area work activity, purchasing and resource utilization.
    • Prepares reports and communications

·       Inventories, orders, and office supplies; completes purchase requisitions and receives supplies

·       Ability to update documentation and procedures. (Network layouts and drawings.)

·       Ability to maintain working relationships with Customer and external venders.

·       Compiles and maintains employees’ time records

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Access and Excel).

·       Develop proficiency in customer software tools ( Warehouse Inventory and Order tracking, including Service Now and SharePoint.

·       Develop proficiency in software tools, including warehouse inventory and/order tracking.

·       Monitor status of service requests and trouble tickets to purchase equipment. Track status through delivery to Customer. Produce Weekly status reports.

 

Work Experience, Education, and Skills:

·       High School diploma or equivalent.

·       Bachelor of Science degree in related field preferred.

·       1-3 years related work experience.

·       Work experience using MS Office to include Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams; ability to use other software programs to access company data and information.

·       Judgment and Decision Making: Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

·       Speaking: Talking to others to convey information effectively.

·       Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Work Environment:
The position involves occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions, wet or humid conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, and loud noise levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
