Our core competencies include systems engineering, program management, logistics, production support, aircraft maintenance, and aviation/aerospace services. We were founded in 2015 and since our establishment, we have been attracting the best talent in our fields of interest enabling us to provide cutting-edge solutions and support to our warfighters. We understand and provide expert consultation on weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs. We know defense and we know aircraft systems.
The Systems Engineer serves as a cross functional focal for one or more Department of Defense (DoD) programs, such as the Next Generation Penetrator (NGP) and advanced Proximity Fuze systems. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining system-level technical baselines across the full product lifecycle—from requirements definition and system architecture through integration, verification, validation, and fielding.
The Systems Engineer ensures system performance, safety, and compliance with DoD, customer, and company standards while collaborating closely with program management, specialty engineering disciplines, suppliers, and government stakeholders. This position emphasizes technical rigor, traceability, and lifecycle discipline rather than direct project or budget ownership.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Systems Engineering & Technical Leadership:
· Serve as the system-level technical authority ensuring compliance with mission, performance, safety, and certification requirements.
· Lead requirements development, decomposition, allocation, and traceability per contract and MIL-STD guidance.
· Develop and maintain system architectures, CONOPS, interface definitions, and technical baselines.
· Define and manage verification and validation (V&V) strategies.
· Support system integration, troubleshooting, and anomaly resolution.
Integration, Interfaces & Lifecycle Execution:
· Coordinate across multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
· Lead interface definition and ICD development.
· Support design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
· Contribute engineering inputs to IMS and TRL assessments.
· Support transition to production, certification, and entry into service.
Customer, Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement:
· Act as primary technical interface to customers, prime contractors, and internal stakeholders.
· Interface with regulatory and certification authorities as applicable.
· Provide technical oversight of suppliers.
Engineering Excellence & Mentorship:
· Mentor junior engineers in systems engineering best practices.
· Promote disciplined engineering processes and continuous improvement.
· Support technical risk identification and mitigation.
