About the role
We are seeking a passionate, creative Content Enablement Specialist whose central responsibility will be designing high-impact sales pitch decks and video content to support the sales process across the US, Europe, and Japan markets
What you'll do
- Pitch Deck Strategy & Creation: Develop, maintain, and iterate a comprehensive library of sales decks tailored to each stage of the funnel (discovery, proposal, competitive, renewal) for global commercial teams.
- Video Asset Development: Script and edit video assets (e.g. explainer videos, product demos, use-case storytelling, testimonial snippets) to support sales, onboarding, and customer success.
- Journey-Aligned Content: Map the buyer’s journey across commercial segments and deliver the right deck or video at the optimal stage.
- Interactive & Embedded Media: Integrate video, interactive demos, and embedded content into decks to increase engagement and storytelling power.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product marketing and design, sales enablement to collect case studies, objection insights, competitive intelligence, and translate them into compelling assets.
- Versioning & Localization Support: Maintain updated versions of content, supporting translation or cultural adaptation (e.g. specific use cases, metrics) for US, European, and Japanese audiences (relying on partners/localization teams).
- Content Analytics & Optimization: Monitor usage, engagement, drop-off points, and impact on deal movement of decks/videos; use data to refine content continuously.
- Enablement & Adoption Training: Partner with Sales Enablement to educate and support sales teams on how to use, customize, and present deck/video assets effectively (best practices, training sessions, playbooks).
- Repository & Governance: Organize and maintain a central library of approved decks, video assets, templates, and ensure the sales team uses the correct, up-to-date materials.
You will have
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain (Science, Engineering, Business, Communications)
- 2–5 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, sales operations, or related functions (ideally in SaaS / tech / scientific domain)
- Proven skills in slide design (PowerPoint) and content preparation for .pdf collateral (Adobe suite, Figma or similar) and visual storytelling for commercial audiences
- Experience producing sales or product videos — scripting, recording, editing, embedding — with tools such as Loom (or similar)
- Ability to translate technical or scientific product content into crisp, clear and persuasive messaging for commercial stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to partner across functions and influence adoption without direct authority
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to juggle multiple concurrent initiatives
- Flexibility to collaborate across time zones (US, Europe, Japan) and occasionally attend virtual meetings outside standard hours
