We’re now seeking a dynamic, proactive, and enthusiastic HR Generalist to champion our Employee Experience and help make Albert Invent an exceptional place to work.
The Opportunity
As an HR Generalist focused on Employee Experience, you’ll be at the heart of our culture. You will design, implement, and continuously enhance programs and policies that drive employee satisfaction, productivity, engagement, and retention. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to creating a phenomenal experience and who is excited about bringing innovative solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Experience Management:
• Continuously innovate, develop, and refine employee experience initiatives to support our team’s growth, motivation, and retention.
• Foster a workplace culture that values collaboration, diversity, inclusion, creativity, and wellness.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for team members.
• HR Operations:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and policy enforcement.
• Maintain accurate and timely records through HRIS platforms, ideally Rippling.
• Provide proactive support in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Culture and Community:
• Lead initiatives to promote company values, team-building, recognition programs, and community engagement.
• Organize and facilitate company-wide events, celebrations, and training programs.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Regularly solicit employee feedback and utilize insights to improve our HR processes and workplace experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee experience, sharing innovative ideas with leadership.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective employee experience programs.
• Familiarity with HR platforms; experience using Rippling is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for people.
• Strong problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach.
• A highly organized individual who thrives on balancing multiple responsibilities and projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
