What you'll do
- Own the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for the European region, driving new business and pipeline growth
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for key European markets, with particular focus on Germany, France, the Netherlands, and neighboring countries
- Collaborate closely with regional sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Work with our global marketing team to localize and optimize marketing content for European audiences, including webpages, email campaigns, videos, and whitepapers
- Plan and manage regional events, including trade shows, conferences, and Albert-hosted events
- Support the regional sales team throughout the deal cycle by creating and maintaining compelling presentation decks and sales enablement materials
- Provide regular reporting on program pipeline and performance results against quarterly and annual targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus in SaaS marketing
- Background in chemical, materials science, or related technical industries strongly preferred
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the European market (ex. events, email marketing, ads, content creation)
- Experience with digital marketing channels and marketing automation tools
- Strong data analysis skills and experience using metrics to drive marketing decisions
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding communication skills in both German and English; additional European languages are a plus
- Based in Germany with willingness to travel up to 15% of the time within Europe
- Experience working with distributed global teams
