About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design for developers and enterprise clients — from early concepts to polished experiences for our Voice AI and API platform. You’ll combine strong interaction and visual design skills with practical user research to ensure what we ship is intuitive, usable, and solves real user problems.

This is an early-stage environment: high agency, evolving processes, rapid iteration, and meaningful ownership. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and end users to explore problem spaces, validate direction, and ship clarity into complex workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end Voice AI and API platform product experiences for developers and B2B customers, bringing clarity through flows, prototypes, narrative framing, and production-ready UI.
• Conduct lightweight user research (discovery, interviews, usability testing, concept validation) to inform direction.
• Move quickly: sketch → prototype → validate → iterate → ship.
• Partner with users, Product, and Engineering to define problems, shape solutions, and support successful implementation.
• Establish early design systems and reusable patterns to drive consistency and velocity.
• Communicate design decisions clearly, directly, and with respect for technical constraints.

What You Bring

• Highly creative design skills with 5+ years of experience in product/UX design for software, preferably in developer tools.
• Comfort designing in ambiguity; able to self-direct and make progress with imperfect information.
• Proficiency with Figma and rapid prototyping tools.
• Strong communication skills — clear, direct, warm, and able to advocate without ego.

• Early-stage startup experience preferred.
