The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager with deep consumer instincts and a track record of building emotionally resonant, habit forming experiences. This is a foundational role shaping what personal transformation looks and feels like in product form.
You will shape the core user journey and help architect the loops that define Aldea’s consumer experience. You will co create the product vision, design the pathways that help people build new habits and identities, and run a disciplined learning process to uncover and accelerate product market fit.
You will work across product, research, design, engineering, and world renowned experts to bring experiences to life that people do not just use … they trust, return to, and grow through.
This is a zero to one role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build something people emotionally attach to and invite into the most meaningful parts of their lives.
The product is currently in early alpha. We are building with velocity, soul, and intention.
What You Will Do
- Own and evolve the user vision and roadmap from zero to one through scale
 - Translate expert frameworks and behavioral science into intuitive product experiences
 - Design and run experiments to validate core assumptions and accelerate learning loops
 - Define and measure early PMF signals across emotion, behavior, and value
 - Build habit forming arcs: onboarding, daily interactions, reflection and celebration
 - Prototype and test voice based coaching and accountability experiences
 - Work closely with design and conversation architects to craft emotionally resonant flows
 - Partner with engineering to ship high quality, safe, and fast iterating features
 - Turn qualitative insight and quantitative data into product conviction and clarity
 - Build repeatable systems for insight gathering, hypothesis testing, and iteration
 - Work directly with users through interviews, live sessions, and continuous feedback rituals
 - Establish a user advisory group or working council to tighten the loop between real world behavior, product design, and iteration
 - Co create with early adopters to ensure the product feels lived in, emotionally attuned, and meaningfully supportive

Emotional commitment
 We believe emotional truth is a leading indicator of lasting behavior change. In early product stage, you will turn qualitative signals into measurable patterns.
Signals include:
- Users express feeling seen, supported, and emotionally safe
 - Users voluntarily share meaningful personal experiences and vulnerability
 - Users return because the product meaningfully helps them … not because they feel they should
 
Examples of how this may show up in measurement:
- Sentiment and emotional resonance scoring from conversations
 - Frequency and depth of open ended feedback
 - Qualitative tagging and pattern recognition in user interviews and surveys
