About the Role

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our team on a 1-year contract. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and adaptable admin early in their career to contribute to our growing Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to support day-to-day Salesforce operations, assist with configuration, user management, and data integrity, and help us scale efficiently through process automation and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features including flows, fields, page layouts, record types, email templates, dashboards, reports, and custom settings.
  • Support ongoing user and license management: user setup, role and profile assignment, public groups.
  • Manage data processes including importing, exporting, deduplication, validation, and audits.
  • Execute deployments and manage CI/CD pipelines across environments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system errors and performance issues.
  • Document changes and maintain configuration logs.
  • Design and implement QA test cases for new features and updates.
  • Stay current with Salesforce release cycles and assess impact on current setup.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize requests and system improvements.
Technical Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
  • Hands-on experience with SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce QA/test case practices.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, OWD, sharing rules).

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Must be currently located in the Greater Vancouver Area
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to Tableau CRM or Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or scaling environments.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The pay range for this role is:

60,000 - 70,000 CAD per year (Canadian HQ)
