Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Manager, EMEA Alliances to build and grow partnerships across Technology Partners (Zoom, Microsoft, RingCentral, etc.), Direct Market Resellers (DMRs) (CDW, Insight, etc.), and Global Technology Integrators (GTIs) (Orange, Presidio, ePlus, BT, etc.) within the EMEA region.
This hands-on role will play a critical part in scaling Algo’s partner ecosystem, driving business growth, and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partner management, strategic alliances, and business development in the technology sector. You will collaborate closely with our internal sales, marketing, and product teams to execute go-to-market strategies with partners and ensure mutual success.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Development & Enablement
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners across Technology, DMR, and GTI segments in EMEA.
- Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders, including sales, technical, and marketing teams.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess partner performance and align on growth strategies.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint GTM plans, including co-branded marketing campaigns and solution launches.
- Drive demand generation activities such as events, workshops, and webinars to promote Algo’s solutions through partners.
- Work with partners to enhance their technical capabilities, including certifications and enablement programs.
Partner Performance & Metrics
- Track and report on key partner performance metrics, such as lead generation, sales revenue, and enablement activities.
- Ensure partners achieve key milestones, including certifications, to unlock additional partnership benefits.
- Facilitate success stories and case studies to highlight the value of partner solutions.
Market Expansion
- Support the execution of Algo’s International Growth Plan by strengthening distribution networks in key EMEA markets.
- Identify new business opportunities through partners, particularly in high-growth sectors such as unified communications, security, and mass notifications.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing insights on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of partner types, including DMRs, GTIs, and Technology Partners.
- Existing relationships and established contacts within key partner organizations (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft, RingCentral, CDW, Insight, Orange, Presidio, ePlus, BT, etc.) to engage with immediately.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior partner stakeholders.
- Experience in executing joint GTM strategies and driving revenue growth through partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
£100,000 base + £40,000 OTE
