As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in engaging with customers and partners of all sizes to deliver technical expertise, solution design, and product demonstrations that drive sales success. This position requires strong soft skills, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and a self-starter mindset. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless pre-sales support and to help customers understand the value and interoperability of our solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers and partners to understand their requirements and provide tailored technical solutions and product demonstrations.
- Support the sales team by designing and architecting solutions that meet customer needs, including preparing technical proposals and reviewing RFPs.
- Act as a technical advisor during the pre-sales process, addressing questions related to product features, integration with third-party systems, network environments, and hardware compatibility.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and its interoperability the main UC, mass notification, and collaboration platforms.
- Provide basic post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including solution briefs, whitepapers, and application notes.
- Stay current with industry trends, partner software releases, and emerging technologies relevant to our solutions.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree/Diplomas/Certificates in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience/education.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical support role.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with customers and partners of varying technical backgrounds.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, partner events, and industry conferences.

The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 80,000 EUR per year (Remote (United Kingdom))
