ABOUT THE ROLE

The Partner GTM Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that Algorand Foundation’s strategic partnerships deliver maximum ecosystem impact after signing. This role begins at the moment a commercial or technical partnership is executed and extends through the entire lifecycle of activation, co-marketing, integration delivery, and ongoing engagement.

The Partner GTM Lead  acts as the primary point of contact for partners within Algorand ensuring they are supported, aligned, and positioned for success in driving adoption of Algorand’s technology across their user base. The role requires a proactive, organized, and relationship-oriented operator who thrives on collaboration and is passionate about building lasting partnerships that drive real ecosystem outcomes.

This position reports directly to the Head of Business Development and will work cross-functionally with ecosystem growth, developer relations, marketing, and technical teams to deliver an exceptional partner experience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deal execution and Partner Activation (50%)

  • Lead execution of signed partnerships, taking the deal from concept to launch
  • Run a process for each signed deal to ensure integrations are delivered on time, in scope, and aligned with the original agreement, working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver against project milestones
  • Lead and plan go-to-market and launch initiatives with partners, including joint announcements, co-marketing campaigns, podcasts, events, and ecosystem activations
  • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution of partnership deliverables.
  • Facilitate introductions between partners and the broader Algorand community to maximize visibility and adoption opportunities.

2. Partner Relationship Management (25%)

  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring regular, structured communication and a high level of responsiveness.
  • Conduct ongoing partner check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess performance, share ecosystem updates, and align on new opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues, surface insights, and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Represent Algorand professionally in all partner interactions, maintaining trust and credibility with external stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Startup & Ecosystem Success to include partners in hackathons, accelerators etc. as necessary and appropriate 
  • Identify ways to embed Algorand more deeply into partners’ products and ecosystems through new use cases or campaigns.

3. New Partner Development (25%)

  • Identify and source new partnership opportunities aligned with Algorand’s strategic focus areas, such as payments, RWAs, and interoperability.
  • Develop and build a qualified pipeline of potential partners that can drive adoption or complement existing integrations.
  • Leverage relationships with existing partners and the broader ecosystem to uncover secondary opportunities and strategic introductions.
  • Support the refinement of Algorand’s strategy by surfacing trends, partner feedback, and ecosystem insights from the field
  • Any other project or task as assigned 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills credible and empathetic with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships in the blockchain, fintech, or technology sectors.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator, comfortable coordinating across marketing, product, and technical functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate partnership goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Proactive, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
  • Familiarity with blockchain, fintech, or Web3 ecosystems preferred

SUCCESS METRICS / KPIs

  • Partner activation milestones met on time and within scope
  • Number and impact of joint go-to-market activities (announcements, campaigns, events).
  • Partner satisfaction and engagement (qualitative feedback and retention).
  • Integration delivery metrics (e.g., time to go-live, partner enablement completion).
  • Internal cross-functional alignment and partner visibility within Algorand teams.
  • Contribution to ecosystem adoption and awareness initiatives.
