About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly knowledgeable Record Specialist. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Record Director and all aspects of record management, while ensuring sources and platforms for record retrieval are appropriate and valid. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the record management team with validation of sources and record retrieval. 
  • Assist the director with administrative tasks related to records and document retrieval. 
  • Work closely with internal teams and communicate the timing of records and document retrieval. 
  • Placing orders for records, documents, and/or filings from various municipalities in the US.

    Skills: 
  • Title examination experience, title reader experience, and/or record management experience preferred. 
  • Experience locating UCC filings, lien searches, judgments, and records in various jurisdictions.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with state filing offices.
