Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to drive long-term success for our medium and small enterprise clients on their AWS cloud transformation journey. This high-touch, customer-facing role serves as the primary strategic advisor and relationship owner, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities and maximizing business value realization. The ideal candidate will combine deep AWS expertise with strong relationship management skills to build lasting partnerships that drive mutual success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of medium and small enterprise AWS clients, developing deep strategic relationships with key stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite executives
· Guide clients through their complete AWS adoption lifecycle, from initial migration through optimization and expansion, providing strategic guidance on best practices, cost optimization, security, and scalability
· Conduct regular business reviews, health checks, and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment with client objectives and proactively monitor satisfaction
· Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts through deep understanding of client business challenges, presenting the business value of additional AWS services and solutions
· Work with clients to define success metrics and KPIs for their AWS initiatives, tracking progress toward business objectives and ensuring ROI target achievement
· Collaborate with technical delivery teams, solutions architects, and support staff to ensure seamless client experience and coordinate resolution of client issues
· Develop account expansion strategies, execute on upselling and cross-selling initiatives, including working with ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) and contribute to product feedback based on client insights
