Job Overview:
All Generation Tech is seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership for one of our global consulting clients operating in the financial services and insurance sector.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong business communication, and the ability to work directly with senior executives in a fast-paced, international environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient coordination, communication, and operational support.


Job Type: Full-Time, Contract

Location: Remote (India)

Working Hours: Primarily aligned to Eastern Time Zone (ET)

Salary: Based on experience


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings across US, UK, and global time zones
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and follow-ups
  • Support executive email management, tracking priorities and responding where appropriate
  • Assist with project coordination, documentation, and status tracking
  • Work closely with leadership, delivery teams, and client stakeholders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required
  • Maintain organized documentation and operational records
  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership


Required Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of Executive Assistant or similar experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with global consulting firms or enterprise clients
  • Prior experience supporting executives in consulting, insurance, or financial services organizations
  • Exposure to project coordination or client-facing environments
  • Experience working with international leadership teams
