The Role: We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong test automation experience to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks across enterprise software delivery engagements. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle - with Katalon Studio as a primary automation tool.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Katalon Studio
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across web and API-based applications
• Collaborate with developers and BAs to review requirements and define testable acceptance criteria
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for both manual and automated testing
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution using tools such as JIRA or equivalent
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing practices
• Conduct API testing using Katalon or tools such as Postman or REST Assured
• Produce clear test summary reports and communicate quality status to project stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and best practices

What We're Looking For:

• 3-6 years of experience in software quality assurance or test automation roles
• Hands-on experience with Katalon Studio for web, API, and mobile test automation
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including functional, regression, and integration testing
• Experience with defect management and test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or similar
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with additional automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Domain experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare
• Katalon certification or equivalent
• ISTQB certification or equivalent
• Experience working with globally distributed delivery teams
