Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Scrum and Jira to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and development teams. You will play a key role in driving projects forward using Agile methodologies and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Salary Range: BDT 50,000-75,000 per month.
Type: Fully-remote full time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of business analyst experience
• Extensive JIRA expertise
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and BI software
• Experience in process improvement and project management
• Must be fluent in English

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Manage JIRA projects, boards, and workflows
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports
• Lead project teams and track progress
• Facilitate stakeholder communication
• Support solution implementation and user training
• Must be able to build KPI’s and graphs within Jira
• MUST BE fluent in JIRA, and able to create reports.
