About The Role: We are hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter for a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across AGT’s delivery organization, from sourcing and screening to offer closure and onboarding coordination.
You will work closely with delivery leads and operations teams to understand hiring requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and hire high-quality technical talent efficiently.

What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, and other delivery positions
- Source candidates proactively through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, and other relevant channels
- Screen and assess candidates for technical capability, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Prepare and extend offers, manage salary negotiations, and drive offer closures
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines within the ATS
- Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline reports to stakeholders
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate with HR and operations teams for seamless onboarding
- Track and report key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health
- Stay updated on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in the market
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a technology services, staffing, or product/engineering environment
- Proven experience sourcing and closing technical talent within the India market
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones and working with US-based stakeholders
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting metrics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to have:
- Experience hiring for enterprise technology clients in industries such as Insurance, Fintech, or Public Sector
- Exposure to offshore delivery or staff augmentation models
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
