About The Role: We are seeking an AI & Data Engineer to design and deliver data pipelines, machine learning solutions, and AI-powered applications for enterprise clients. You will work at the intersection of data engineering and applied AI, contributing to projects that span data platform modernization, predictive analytics, and generative AI integration.

Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
• Develop and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered solutions in production environments
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and solutions
• Build and maintain data models, feature stores, and analytical datasets
• Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance, reliability, and cost
• Contribute to AI/ML model evaluation, testing, and documentation
• Support data governance and quality initiatives across client engagements
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 4–8 years of experience in data engineering, machine learning engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience building and managing data pipelines using tools such as Apache Spark, Airflow, dbt, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or generative AI tooling (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
• Strong understanding of data modeling and warehouse design principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare data environments
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
• Exposure to vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
